The CCM Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey Skates are the most budget-friendly skates in the Tacks series. They’ll work nicely as an entry-level ice hockey skate or as a recreational hockey skate.
They come with a non-replaceable SpeedBlade Pro runner and holder. The holder has been raised somewhat to allow for a more aggressive assault angle.
The injected mesh on the 9040 Skates provides the rigidity you need for a robust energy transmission. It also includes a soft brushed microfiber liner that is very resistant to wear and tear.
